You appear on my radar by either submitting a ticket using a web form or by sending an email to support@bootupyourtech.com

Once your ticket has been received, almost immediately my system will automatically respond letting you know the service request has been received. Give me 2 business days to respond. If I have not responded, I could be out of the office, but I usually get back to clients pretty quickly.

No response after a week, send in another service request, because Murphy 🤨 may have gotten your request and he does not like to answer support tickets.

Our goal is to respond to you within 2 business days, whether we have totally resolved your issue or not. I want to keep you informed.

Since some of my customers will be submitting their support request via a form on my website, we have a system in place that acknowledges I have received your service request.
